Message From Our Founder & CEO

I have 15+ years of vast experience in the IT Life Sciences Industry in Pharmacovigilance and Computer System Validation. I have worked with Multinational Companies like Tech Mahindra (Hyderabad), Bioclinica (Bangalore & Mysore), Cognizant (Mumbai), Icon Clinical Research (Chennai), and HCL Technologies (Chennai & Gannavaram, Vijayawada). During my corporate journey of more than a decade, I have understood the resource needs of these companies and identified the knowledge gaps of freshers. I understood their career aspirations during the visit to  few pharmacy colleges for guest lectures and seminars. I have identified there were already 60 plus institutes by 2018, which were not cost-effective, a smaller number of jobs even after training, and the right placement assistance support was missing.

Hence Rise Trainings was built on 3 Core pillars of “Student’s Academic Excellence, Career Aspirations and Health Care IT Industry Experts”.

Now I lead a team of 30 plus trainers with 15 plus years of health care IT industry experience and 10 plus a team of senior coaches and junior coaches who are supporting relentlessly to support our students and professionals to achieve their career dreams. We have two programs, one of exclusively for freshers to launch their careers in time through our CAREER LAUNCH PROGRAM and one for professionals who are aspiring for better careers through the CAREER GROWTH PROGRAM
